Fibre connection

I have fibre Internet installed and my connection keeps going and then coming back it effect everything that's connected how do I solve it

@Maggie16 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

@Maggie16What did the broadband test say that it was all good with 3 green ticks or does it give you any information?

@Maggie16 Could you please post your router stats following the link below.

Would like to see if this is showing in the router stats. So then it can be escalated to Sky.
