Upgrading to sky superfast 35.

I am upgrading to Sky superfast 35. The activation date is 29/03.

In October I recieved a new Sky Q router.

My questions are :-

1,  Will an engineer come and do anything?

2,  Will Sky send me a new router?

3,  Is Superfast, wifi?

Thank you.

1,  Will an engineer come and do anything?  They shouldn't need to visit your property.

2,  Will Sky send me a new router? Probably not

3,  Is Superfast, wifi? Its broadband like your current service(but faster and part fibre), the router will provide WiFi as it currently does.

Thank you.
