Fibre connection
Hi,
if for some reason when the engineer comes out to install fibre and it doesn't work out can I cancel? And if it's a tv and broadband package can I cancel both?
our house is a bungalow and the fibre pole is across the road. Our meter box at the gate has an under ground duct to the house but I think a new pole will be required at our side of the road to get to the meter box?

@Niamhmot You may wish to check what installation your are having, OR will not connect and run through that way! The links below should indicate if OR/CF is the Fibre provider speed package wise, as CF is a symmetrical same up/down speed profile! If you are in the ROI then all depends on what is done there!
