Fibre connection not working - had it installed thursday

Hi 

we had fibre connection installed on Thursday - we're told that once live a green light would appear on ont box - two days later is still red and not heard anything from sky. Tried to call them this morning but the number is not recognised! Any ideas how to contact sky about this or how to get it working?

@ClaireC52 as you need contact with Sky I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
