Router problem

Router not accepting corect password some devices now not working

@BAZ88 assuming you are talking about a Sky hub the passkey printed on the label will work unless someone has changed it. If you suspect it may have been changed reset the hub to its factory settings. On the black hub press and hold in the reset pin until the power light flashes which takes up to 20 seconds. For tge white hub press and hold in the WPS button for up to 30 seconds until the led flashes green.

 

However it is quite easy to misread the passkey as Sky use letters lie I & O which can be misread as numbers 1 & 0 or vice versa.

Tried all options recommended, unfortunately without success. 

Eventually tried 150 and by holding  connected to Chris who was excellent and very patient. 

After running through many tests, he decided on a new Hub. I received this within 24 hours
