Fibre connection constantly disconnecting
Never had any real issues with sky internet. Renewed a couple of months ago to fibre 500 and that's when problems started.
Since changing the connection is constantly dropping out, the mobiles consistently switch to offline and immediately back on, the printer gets interrupted, when this happens it restarts again!! The checker shows all ok and no problems with speed or anything else showing.
My son is on fixed connection for gaming and said his latency has also increased which it shouldn't.
Any ideas, it's driving me nuts. I have done the on off and reset but made no difference. Router the same as before the increase speed and in same place and nothing else changed. Help please.

Having the same problem since taking the new contract out, its driving us nuts and we have only been on it just over a week, cancelling it today not paying for a service that's forever dropping out.
