WiFi not working properly and CANNOT dial out on mobiles. Already reported phone issue before.

I contacted Sky a few days ago as our mobile phones were not workin.  Unfortunately we cannot use either of our mobiles now to make calls.  The WiFi also now does not seem to be working properly on iPads or mobiles.  This is now URGENT can someone PLEASE CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

You aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

 

They won't contact you based on your post. Your Community log in name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you may have, so no one knows who you are anyway.

 

You've posted on the Broadband board so is your internet provider Sky and if so is it working for non mobile/ipad useage?

Unfortunately no domestic broadband issues are 'urgent': the subscription rates don't cover that.

 

Cellular service isn't related to broadband or WiFi, and should be addressed separately.
