Fibre cable exposed after being installed
Just recently had fibre optic cable fitted to my property, first team turned up to dig a trench down my driveway and route the cable, second team turned up to replace tarmac which left a grey pipe and fibre cable coming out, when asked would this be capped off the answer was the engineer will do that when he connects to my house, engineer turned and connected to my property everything working fine however the grey pipe and cable is still exposed when asked he said it's not his responsibility to cap it off as this should have been done during the installation of the cable to my property. I've been on the live chat with sky for hours with the final response being a phone number for open reach when I rang the auto response was they will not speak to you, you have to speak to your provider and round and round you go, I'm going bonkers this is so unsightly and as my driveway is on a slope I'm sure the is going to cause a problem over time with water ingress. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Re: Fibre cable exposed after being installed
@Gaz121 while it msy look untidy but the fibre cable is fully protected from the weather etc by a Kevlar outer jacket the conduit is really there only for dig protection. It is Sky you have to speak to but before doing so take a picture of the issue so the agent you speak to can see the issue - if calling they can send you a link to upload the photo. I would call as these things are best described over the phone.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
