I have had sky fibre fitted over a week ago but it isn't as good as promised it keeps dropping out it's slow and mostly running g at 80ehicg is much less than promised when checked it does improve for a short while but the. Goes down again this isnt goid enough l spoke to one of you broadband tech last week from Bulgaria which was hard to understand we did alm he said ge said unfortunately a very few people get this problem and l am one of those thus isnt goiod enough l had it installed by your guarantee what are you going to do about it
