We are waiting for Openreach to install fibre from a box just outside a neighbour's property. While the Openreach engineer was examining the site our neighbours gave permission for the fibre installation to go through their property. Since then the neighbours have changed their mind and will not now allow the installation to go through their property. How can I get in touch with the relevent branch at Openreach to let them know of the change of circumstances? All efforts to find someone at Opereach to inform have so far failed.
