Fibre Activation

Can anyone confirm how long it takes for Fibre to be activated.

 

Installed yesterday, no internet contacted sky and was advised upto midnight 

 

surprise surprise we are now into the following day and no wifi , i work from home so this is becoming a nightmare 

 

For contexts i had a problem with my superfast broadband, not working in some rooms. Told by sky i couldnt have a booster and basically told i woud need to upgrade. Upgraded to be told i would need to wait a month.

 

Between this time having to get another engineer out because the internet stopped working all together (the fault wasnt due to needing a booster) it was due to an external fault
