Hi

i went to bed last night and my broadband was fine. This morning all I have is a flashing green light and no internet. I've seen on the forums that a lot of people have the same issue.  Please confirm this is a issue from the provider and not my set up.

There is a known issue currently affecting many customers using Sky Max. Sky technical teams are aware of the problem and are actively investigating to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please keep an eye on service updates for the latest information.
