Fiber

Have router about 6 months old.new fiber fitted 2 weeks ago it drops out 3 to 4 times a day I run the test on phone and it says  it's fine and there's a problem with sky glass telly but there's no Internet when it drops out ligh goes out on router then after 5 min it flash then come back on . Any ideas please

@Baz30 it would help if you can check which lights are going out on the hub before calling Sky. If it is the internet light it is lkiely to beca line issue, however if its the power light it is likely to be a faulty hub.
