Slow internet

My broadband is so slow im so disappointed with sky. Considering how much i pay a month out service is absolutely appalling. 

our broadband was fast when we first had it now it's ridiculous

@Kayleigh8989 you can check if there is a line issue by running the service checker in the My Sky app which will show the current connection spedd to your hub,if you click on the broadband link it will give more informstion including the guaranteed speed for your line and the historyforvthe past couple of weeks. If the spedd is below tge guarantee then the app should offer further help.

 

If thecspeed to your hub is OK then the issue is slow wifi in your home. If nothing has been moved the slow down could be due to interference which re-starting your hub might improve. However often the issue is simply you need better wifi which is going yo cost money either to pay Sky for https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or to buy your own wifi kit.
