Faulty wifi
Wifi not working. Have reset. App saying its fine when its clearly not. The app tells me what i want to hear but is obviously faulty too

@DLeyland the test initially reports the result of the last routine check which was run before your fault started so try clicking to run the test again. If the test then doesn't either tell you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line or offer to book an engineer call Sky to report it
