Internet isn’t working. Light isn’t showing on the box.
Internet isn't working. I've reset it multiple times. Light is showing orange on the box. And flashing.

@Courtney2204 thst means the hub has lost connection to the exchange. Run the connection test in the My Sky app overca mobike connection but ignore the intial report if it says everything is OK which is from the last routine test. Instead click to run the full test which will tell you if Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line. If theyvare not call them to report the issue.
