Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more£5pcm might not be unreasonable for Broadband Boost given it no longer includes the Broadband Buddy feature.
WiFi Max appears to be initially discounted from £10 to £7.50
As @Chrisee indicates, it's up to Sky whether or not to negotiate on pricing.

Posted by a Sky employeeHi @Kers
Welcome to the Sky Community.
I'm sorry to hear of your situation and if you haven't already, I would suggest that you raise a complaint here.
Just so that you know, our superusers are not staff, people like myself with the Sky Badge are staff. You'll find more information on who's, who here.

If you have just subscribed to the wifi max service it is worth noting there is a cooling-off period and that period allows you to cancel the contract for wifi max, and of course, the broadband if you are also in that cooling-off period without charge per the contract.
