Why is sky offering full fibre at my address when its not available . Waited for an engineer yesterday and theres no service to my address . Terrible service .

Also what did the engineer say or did they not turn up?

He said no service at my address . Bascically sky /virgin are offering a service to my address that isnt available . There is a fault at the BT exchange that needs fixing but nobody does anything about it .
