Re: Want to switch to sky
Sky will cover up to £100 of early exit charges for broadband (and another £100 for subscription television) which is not going to be anything like enough if the EE contract has nine months to run.

They absolutely won't get involved in any dispute between a subscriber and their current ISP: that's simply not allowed.
EE will have their own complaints escalation process, which is what you'll need to follow if you wish to exit without penalty.

Re: Want to switch to sky
@Ridler1987 Sky will accept an order from you switch and will, even credit up to£100 to cover cancellation charges.https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-credit-offer but they cannot help, with your dispute with EE.
The process to get out of a contract requires you to formally complain to EE (see https://ee.co.uk/content/dam/help/terms-and-conditions/regulatory/ee-complaints-code-of-practice-mar...) requesting they release you from contract if they agree you then switch providers. If they wont or 8 weeks pass you take the complaint to the Alternative Dispute Resolution provider who will review the complaint and rule accordingly. Obviously I know more about Sky but in my experience companies rarely object toreleasing customers who are unhappy in they ask reasonably.
One point ifyour issue is around speed the line deliverscthe issue would move with you as Sky use the same line.
