Failed visit

Was given a time slot of 8 am till 1 pm to install new faster broadband 

 

waited all 5 hrs and no show

 

Then get lied to, via sms saying engineer is here when clearly their not, please do better and don't lie to loyal customers, 16 yrs I've been with you 

 

would like to cancel with no penalty as this is on you not showing up and wasting my day, not me, hate being lied too, its disrespectful and dishonest

Remember that the engineer may be carrying out associated work nearby.

@Pete182 Got nothing to do with sky, the Engineer may or may not even be a sky one for the installation!
