Having to re-start hub every time I try to use my laptop.

After receiving notification that my package is ready, every time I try to use my laptop, I have connection error messages and have to spend up to 5 minutes going through the protocols on my screen. I have double-checked my cabling connections and they are correct. These step-by-step arrempts all fail, every time, and this ends up in the final instruction to re-start the Sky Hub. Although this finally gets my laptop online, my son cannot get access to his devices as the message displayed is: 'cannot connect to the internet'. Only my laptop works, after going through the above process every time. My laptop will also periodically lose its connection and I have to go through the process again. I activated my laptop correctly, after the date given on the package it was contained in.

@Brian1588 What hub do you have from sky? sounds like the hub is well messed up! see the link below if you are not sure!
