Failed installation

I am at my whits end with you people. You have sent engineers twice with no modem so no Internet. The first left the window insecure so my dog has jumped out bitten somebody and been taken by the police.  On the second visit he had no modem. But said it was a good installation, despite the wire runs diagonal up the wall. Either you sort it out or I will permanently.

@Swordfish1 The Forum is not sky Customer Service if you are not aware off that fact, if you need sky to sort it out then you will have to give them a call!
