Failed install by Openreach for my new Sky Broadband

Hi there, so trying to switch from BT Broadband to Sky Fibre. Open reach came out to instal yesterday and told me that the other team that had been before them to do some prep work hadnt done it properly so they couldnt finish the job and that I would "hear from someone". Feels like we are completely in the dark about when that will be. Cant seem to find any details to contact anyone to understand what may now happen. Concerned BT will also cut off my current broadband at any given moment!! The whole transfer process has been a bit of a car crash and starting to wish I had never bothered. Any guidance welcomed!!

I saw that image coming thru for moderation a while back.  Its defo a a 2 stage install ie the external work is done on a different day to the internal . Assured usually means they have agreed or at least notified sky of when the next stage will happen

The notes below below the table will hopefully list the reason for the delay.  If you could just copy and paste those notes
