Broadband still not installed after 6 weeks

My full fibre was supposed to be installed in July but every time City Fibre comes to install it there's another issue. They came again yesterday and said they couldn't install it because they needed a manager onsite so I needed to reschedule. The issue is I haven't had anyone from sky contact me to reschedule and I can't find a number to call. Plus the AI chatbots are useless. I don't really know what to do now, and because I'm in a full fibre area I can't even get ADSL broadband installed. I'm a university student so I need internet and I'm starting to freak out a bit.

@BeeWray there is no specific number to call just use any Sky customer service number starting 03. If you use the phone  you registered when you signed up the IVR system should recognise you are a customer with an open City Fibre order and route you to the team who deal with City Fibre.

 

It is disapointing but hardly surprising that City Fibe can cause as much chaos as Openreach
