Failed Broadband Activation

Hi looking for some help please with our Broadband Activation which was meant to happen yesterday but is still not live.

 

We waited 3 weeks for our Openreach appointment yesterday. The engineer came and connected the line and installed a new Openreach box which looks to be functioning fine and he said was correctly connected. Plugged in the broadband hub and we have power and wifi lights but no interent.

 

Our activation date was set for yesterday so we expected it could take until midnight but still not activated today and no text from Sky to confirm activation. In our order tracking it just shows activation due and that the engineer visit is still in progress.

 

Any idea what needs to be done to move it forward? Thanks in advance
