Extenders and return of equipment

I have 2 issues:

 

1. I paid £7.20 postage to return my old extenders when you installed a new one as a postage sticker wasn't in the box 

you've sent me reminders about this and I've tried unsuccessfully to contact you

 

2. since you replaced my extenders, the quality of my broadband has plummeted 

It was brilliant with the old extenders which broke

Did you include any account number with the return? If not SKy won't know who they were from.  

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
