I have 2 issues:
1. I paid £7.20 postage to return my old extenders when you installed a new one as a postage sticker wasn't in the box
you've sent me reminders about this and I've tried unsuccessfully to contact you
2. since you replaced my extenders, the quality of my broadband has plummeted
It was brilliant with the old extenders which broke
