In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.
We obviously know nothing about the reason for the call or why it didn't happen. It's best for you to initiate contact again.

Multiple forum posts woul suggest that promised callbacks don't always happen.
It's also important to recognise that scammers frequently offer callbacks when their initial calls is rebuffed.
