Can’t connect to wifi

I've just set up Sky broadband in my mothers house. The power light  is on, the wifi light is on but the internet button isn't. All the checks say it's good but it's not working. Cannot connect phone. When I try to connect it says there's an issue with the connection. I think the phone socket isn't working but don't know how I test this.

@Liz168

You are plugging the phone into the UK phone 📞 socket on the back of the hub aren't you?

Re: Can’t connect to wifi

I'm plugging the sky hub into the phone socket as instructed. Don't actually have a landline phone to plug in yet (new property) but I couldn't connect to the wifi on my mobile. It says 'no internet' and 'not connected'.

@Liz168 Put your address and postcode using the address checker on the BTW link below, you can post the details up but do hide your personal details, just incase you are in a FF area, or if you know what package/speed you have bought from sky!
