The last 5 evening around 20:30 2100 we lose our Wifi to almost nothing. Daytime is fine but nightime is pretty much shutdown. Nothing will load. I have to switch off Wifi on my phone and use 4 or 5 G to get any internet info. Sky representive says my speeds drops around 1600 hrs on looking at my info at the SKY end. He says the speed only drop to 395mb which is within the tolerated level of my 500mb deal. Still what I am getting in the evening is way lower than 395mb. So, because I have no Wifi speed I cannot run any diagnostic tests and aslo I cannot run any test using 4 or 5G on the phone as I'll only get a result from the phone I'm using if at all. Can anyone help further with this pleae? The SKY Rep is being very helpful this morning but can't see the problem we are having. He has now raised an investigation with OpenReach. He was super helpful BTW.
