Full fibre upgrade
Hi all.
I currently have Sky Broadband Superfast at a cost of £46 a month (although i have discounts on this to get it lower). Been offered a free upgrade at "no extra cost" to full fibre 100. Full fibre 100 shows a cost of £38 a month. Even though the speeds will be a little faster than i currently get, i can't get over this feeling that i'm not actually getting a good deal out of this as although my bills will stay the same i'll actually be on a broadband package which Sky charges £8 a month less for.
I asked on live chat about the potential of getting a free upgrade to a faster full fibre speed but without any luck, they didn't seem to understand my point that the package i'd be getting a free upgrade to was actually a lower price per month than what i currently have.
Has anyone who has done the upgrade had any luck in getting a faster speed than full fibre 100 at no additional cost?

Re: Full fibre upgrade
Sky's Full Fibre 100 cost is currently advertised at £25 a month for new customers on their site. I would personally call up Sky and go through to the 'upgrades' department to see what they can offer you as an upgrade to Full Fibre rather than the 'Free' transition.

Re: Full fibre upgrade
Thanks for your response. Yes i'll have to find some time to call i think. Always find it easier using live chat due to being at work, easier just having the chat window open in the background while i'm getting other things done. However just went only chat again and they can't even offer me the deal they did a few weeks ago when i last spoke to them which was for full fibre 100 at no additional cost. All they can offer me now is full fibre 150 at £3 a month more than i'm currently paying. I even sent them a screenshot of the whatsapp message they sent me, but they said they couldn't do anything..
