Every time I attempt to access Eurocarparts.com i get a message saying that the web site took too long to respond. I have tried from my laptop (ethernet connected) and phone wifi connected with the same results. Other web sites can be accessed ok. If i turn wifi off on my phone and use EE 4G then i can access the site with no issues. The site has worked fine in the passed from my phone and PC. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance Owen.

Go to broadband shield on your my sky app and change to 18
@Highlinder eurocarparts rings a bell. It's an 18+ site so possibly a broadband shield job.

I have changed the broadband shield from "Disabled" to "18" with no difference so i have changed it back to "disabled"

I have also tried setting the DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google) and the IPV6 to 2001:4860:4860::8888 (also google) again with no effect.

Thank you for all the suggestions. The problem was resolved by turning the router off for 20 minutes are restarting it. I assume that this is an issue that Sky need to look at as clearly some of their IP range can not access all websites..
