Hi ,

my sky box has been delivered but the Ethernet cable does not fit into my open reach box socket that is connected to my wall.

I'm unsure why sky have allowed me to have this specific broadband if the box doesn't fit into my wall socket.

can anyone help with what to do on this please ?
