Extremely poor internet connection upstairs

The router is in the hallway, middle of the house yet the connection upstairs is terrible and we struggle to be able to watch any tv up there. Says the connection is "ok" but all wifi checks are good?

@DPowell1206 If everything else is working good, as you say in the post, then got to be your TV with the problem! What sky hub are you using, the white or the black sky Hub?

The kids struggle with their gaming in their rooms too. Not constantly but a lot of the time. We have a black box. The connection since switching to sky has always been been temperamental up here. Netflix for example always now seems to play in poor quality, then it'll stop playing & the wheel will spin for a few mins, then it will carry on again 👎🏼

@DPowell1206 The sky official booster is the SE210 and matches easily the sky Broadband Hub that you have, also many off the third part RE /AP work with the hub but may require you to make small adjustment, i used the Asus RP-AX58 but it may require a slight app adjustment from the wps setup!
