Ethernet cable only, no ONT power cable
We have moved our broadband to our new property. We only received an ethernet cable in the pack sent by sky and the old owner took the ONT power cable with them. I can't seem to find out how to get a replacement cable and should I have just had an ethernet cable sent, or anything else? We already have the sky broadband modem from the old home.

Re: Ethernet cable only, no ONT power cable
Neither the ISP or Openreach can know the power supply isn't there until the occupier tells them. You'll need to call Sky and arrange for a replacement: typically that happens after the activation date.

Re: Ethernet cable only, no ONT power cable
The Sky Broadband Hub is the correct model for FTTP: the ethernet cable goes between the WAN port (#4) on the Hub and the ethernet port on the ONT.
