Ethernet Cable Query

We've just had Sky full fibre broadband installed and would like to relocate the hub into a different room using an extension cable. Purchased a Cat 6 Ethernet cable on Amazon but it doesn't fit into the Sky Fibre unit mounted on the wall, although it does fit the hub. The connector is too small to slot into the wall unit. We seem to need a cable with slightly wider connectors. Any suggestions for suitable cables please ? Thanks in advance.

Difficult to know why that would be the case: all RJ45 (ethernet plugs) are built to an international standard, and there are standard ethernet sockets on both Hub and ONT.
