Error loading programme

Since 6am I've been trying to get my sky tv to come on at first it was saying error loading tv now it's saying technical issue. I've ran a broadband check and it's says no fault found but connection could be better on some devices and no data for my sky streaming. I've turned router off and reset it but still not working

@Amandaash if youbhaven't already done so power down your sky tv and allow it to reboot. If other devices are working normally but your Sky unit still wont connect post in the forum for whatever type of Sky TV kit you have which could be a Glass TV, Stream puck, Sky Q box or Sky HD+

It's the sky puck yes I've tried turning everything off and on etc it's making no difference
