I keep losing connection at least twice aday for the past 2 weeks and can take upto a hour to come back on

@Slim87  Where are you seeing this error? What are you using when you see it?  

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It's on my tv but on my WiFi box I have green light,no light,green light,orange light,

It's on my tv but on my WiFi box I only have 2 green lights out of 4, this happens too much
