No LOS light on the Openreach box. What does it mean?
Have lost phone signal and signal to our second Sky Q box. Noticed no light on 'voice' on hub box and no light on LOS on the junction box on the wall. Any advice? Thanks

LOS is 'Loss Of Signal' so it shouldn't be lit during normal operation.
