Erotic broadband

I'm not happy that I've just upgraded to broadband 500 and I find that sometimes I get over 500 ok and now it's done to 150. Now by to has just indicated a technical fault. Can this be sorted ?

@davelynne22 thread t itle caused a smile.First question is how are you measuring speeds. If the 150Mb/s is showing in the service checker in the My Sky app Sky the app should offer help as reductions in speed of full fibre are possible are very rare.

However if you are measuring speeds on a device connected yo your hub by WiFi the lower speed is simple the speed of the WiFi connection which will vary due to the layout and tupe of construction of your home. In practice few online activities require 150Mb/s so it should not cause too many issues. However if you require higher speeds for downloading then you will need more WiFi equipment.
