Equipment returns

I am still waiting for a returns box to return my Sky router.  I have been waiting several weeks & don't want to be charged

We are customers here but what we can say is that you can use whatever boxes you have if you want as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you’ve included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
