Engineer

Engineer came today was unable to set up broadband, was told need to dig it in and get a different firm to do so , haven't been told when this would be and had no emails etc, 

don't really want to pay for broadband when we haven't used any

@Adamm you should not be charged until the servicecgoes live and you should get some compensation for tge delayed provision see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
