Broadband purchase showing old address
I'm trying to subscribe to broadband at a new address but the checking keeps saying it'll get delivered to my old address. How do I update it? It only lets me change email address

I managed to fix this - you need to do something called unlinking your sky id account - but none of that made any sense to me and I had no idea what it did as I didn't have any sky services anyway.
After doing that it keeps the new address that you asked for
