Engineer visit
In My Sky app, a visit by an engineer was scheduled for today but it's been cancelled and not by me.
I've not received my new hub yet.
you've increased my subscription for the super fast broadband from 1st April but I don't have it installed yet.
telephone lines are also down so you cannot speak to anyone

@DaB73 Until your sky is installed, activated and up working and that sky are fully informed so, then NO payment is done to them, as soon as it is a go, then that changes. Visit's are cancelled, re-scheduled for all kinds off reason's and yes it does not help that sky have a contact issue at present, but if you were informed today, then sky may not even have news for you until 24-48hrs later...

Thank you for your reply, however there was no notification of the cancellation. I only discovered it when looking through My Sky app for My Orders.
also in the App, there is no facility to re-schedule.
This is not good customer service

@DaB73 Not sure what you are getting done, had any text messages from the engineers etc, and as for the app, chocolate fireguard as much use off springs to mind, an i have not even seen it.

I'm having the same issue, took the day off work and one one has contacted me to say it's cancelled

@Georgina35 May all be down to Sky's comms system falling over, happens and not much can be done. Message is still up on the service checker so ongoing issue!

Was the visit confirmed or was it just the request date chosen when you placed the order?
that you have had not communication regarding the router or visit susgests the order was placed but may not yet be accepted?
was your order for part or full fibre?
