Adding address to My Sky

My Sky broadband is down. No internet light on modem. Other lights are green and ONT box lights are green. I wanted to test my signal but no address associated with my account. There doesn't seem to be an option to add account

It sounds like you are signed in with an email only sky id rather than the one created for and linked to your sky account

when you log in with the correct details then you will see your account and billing details
