Engineer not turned up

Being self employed I had to take time out of my day today to wait from 8AM  to 2pm  for a scheduled engineer visit  and then no one turned up!

 

Does Sky have any idea how incredibly annoying this is, losing my pay and having to reschedule again and losing more pay! 

 

If I had cancelled you would charge me, how would like it if I charge you for my lost time?

 

I now have to wait for another engineer date when I'm going to have rearrange my days again.

 

How about an apology for a start
