I was promised a new hub

I have not received or ordered a sky glass package and I'm not interested in one on the other hand I was promised a new hub due to the fact mine is out of date according to your engineer who fitted my sky Q I've been with sky over 20 years in total and I was led to believe that loyalty mattered but apparently not. There is a lot of companies out there who can offer the same package for less money and I'm now seriously considering a move. Come on sky gey your act together and sort out my hub

You are talking to other customers here and not Sky but Sly are currently running a replacement hub program, I know this as I got a new one, so if you haven't been sent an email and you do have an old hub then you might receive this email over the coming weeks or depending on what hub you have you old call Sky to see what they say.
