An engineer arrived this morning as scheduled & identified an issue at the pole, however said needed to organise a cherry picker to access, so would return in approx 30 mins. This was over 4 hours ago - any idea how I contact the engineer?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou won't be able to directly contact the engineer. He/she may be having trouble acquiring the equipment. It may have to be rearranged. I'd give Sky a call tomorrow (when they might have had an update from Openreach) if no progress is made today.
