Engineer no show

We have a engineer booked for today 24th of May we have waited all day and no one has shown up its now 7pm and still nothing I've tried all the phone numbers and no answer still they just robot calls that never get you your answer it's stressing me out because, I track my order and apparently the kit has been put on hold and to call us but the options for the robotic call don't add up which is soo annoying. What do I do??
