Why is my broadband being super slow? When I've paid my bills every month on time. Please sort this issue out as it is highly frustrating to pay £60 per month for slow broadband connection. My TV keeps buffering I can't even watch a film or do work on my laptop. Manchester area
Same problem here in Norwich. . Frequent problem on a Friday evening has happened a few times in the last couple of months and lasts all evening. 4MBPS instead of usual 70. Can't download films etc. Really frustrating. Run diagnostics and sky reports all is okay!
