Engineer left during installation
Hi
we had an engineer booked today, after being here for 2 hours he left our property with the door wide open, no communication and has not returned. We are still without broadband and have no idea if the engineer will come back or not. We cannot get through to anyone on Sky via phone, has anyone had this issue before?

We can't say what the engineer is doing ~ perhaps connected work at the exchange? Even if you get through to Sky they're unlikely to know any more.
